Return Policy

How to return a Product

Return Policy Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Remember to send back all items including the free promotional items that came with the purchase. If forgotten, the return will not be accepted.

Once we retrieve your product we will perform a quality check. If the quality check is successful, we will refund you according to your requested refund method. Contact Us to know more about Refund Policy. Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, we will return the product to you, without issuing a refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: for more information call +4793992007

How to return a product?

Returning a product is easy. Simply follow the steps stated below:

You can request to return this product online

  1. Log in to your account, on the left menu select My Orders select the order id. The product id should look like “#1456” (This is just a sample order id, please use the one provided to you during the checkout process) if you checked out as a guest, check for the order details in the e-mail used during the checkout process, please ensure to use the correct e-mail address during the checkout processes, after that get in touch with the customer care personnel to help you complete the process.

You may want to return your item due to any of the following reasons:

How do I send my Product to Ebakaaro?

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Grønlandsleiret 19, 0190 Oslo, Norway. Alternatively, you can drop off the product at one of our pickup Stations.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How long does the quality evaluation and refund process take?

The entire process may take up to 24 days from when you hand over the product to Ebakaaro. This will enable us to make sure the product meets all the return requirements stated in our Return Policy to conclude whether it needs to be replaced or refunded.

We will send you an e-mail notification once the return examination is completed. Please note that the refund process begins only after the previous steps have been completed.

Refund Policy

If my refund gets validated, how and when will I get reimbursed?

The refund process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product. From the day you submitted your return request, This quality evaluation process may take up to 14 days. We will send you an e-mail notification once the return examination is completed.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Any item for exchange must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the ship date. Defective item(s) may be exchanged/returned for the same item. Items purchased from Ebakaaro that have been used or altered and any items that have been sold as NC/NR will not be accepted for exchange.  send us an email at support@ebakaaro.com and send your item to Grønlandsleiret 19, 0190 Oslo, Norway.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
